We mapped her week and identified three tasks that repeated daily without much variation. AI tools were set up to handle draft responses, stock reminders, and order summaries — all checked and sent by the owner herself.

Results

Challenge

Three years of booking records in different folders and spreadsheets, with no clear view of which months were busiest, which referral sources worked, or where revenue was trending.

Solution

Data was consolidated, cleaned, and arranged into a simple dashboard showing monthly bookings, revenue by service type, and inquiry sources. Built to be updated by the photographer each month without our help.

Results

He was able to identify that corporate clients represented 60% of revenue despite being only 30% of bookings — and adjusted his marketing focus accordingly. Updated the dashboard independently the following month without any issues.
